Do You Have Vertigo? Talk To Me!

MENIERE'S DISEASE....Better known as VERTIGO! I am not a doctor! I am a writer that has experienced three years of vertigo. For over two years....I was almost housebound! But...in the mountains of N. Georgia, a realtor showed me a little known temporary way to stop your world from going around and around! I found there are hundreds...maybe thousands of individuals with vertigo. Does the height of the mountains have something to do with it? I haven't decided yet! But, all I know is, I did not ever suffer from meniere's disease until my husband and I visited (1 week..Rving) in Yellowstone National Park. I went back to Florida and within a short period of time....MY WORLD WAS TURN UP-SIDE DOWN! Just a little dizziness to begin with. Lost of hearing in my left ear (40%), which I understand is one of the first happenings with vertigo. Then on to the beautiful N. Georgia Mountains for our first extended stay. We purchased a small cabin there. Within one month...IT STARTED! This time full-blown vertigo. I thought I was having some type of stroke! I will leave my first major encounter with this devastating disease for now! There is so much more I can share with all....but, I want to hear from you.
